Holistic M.I.N.D Programme

  • Initial (75 mins)
  • Follow up (45 mins)
  • Astrology/Palmistry - learn about planetary influences in your life
  • Chakras and Dosha - understand the imbalances you may currently have
  • Use Mantra, Mudra, Meditation & Asano to tap into the energies - using sound and the breath to realign you.
  • Oils and massage points to balance the energies
  • Diet, herbs & Lifestyle support the mind
  • You will be asked to keep a weekly journal to record progress and report back at your weekly sessions

Week 1:

  • Initial assessment which includes analysis of vedic astrological chart, palmistry, chakra and dosha imbalances
  • History taking
  • Outlilne of programme, upcoming sessions and what to expect
  • Your personal goals and aims to be achieved during the programme is also discussed

Week 2:

  • Introduction to personal beeja mantras - which are recommended based on your specific needs
  • Introduction to a meditation practice - may include use of colors, sounds, affirmations

Week 3:

  • Analysis of diet and lifestyle
  • Practical tips on changes that you can implement
  • Herbs and supplements may also be advised

Week 4:

  • Introduction to marma massage points - how to use marmas and what benefits to expect
  • Guided Meditation session
  • You will receive a handmade chakra oil blended for your individual, unique needs

Week 5:

  • Introduction to Mudras (hand gestures) to support the meditation practise
  • Follow up on other areas including implementation of diet and lifestyle changes
  • Any obstacles and issues will also be discussed

Week 6:

  • Pulse examination
  • Progress review
  • Opportunity for questions to support maintenance
  • Review of all supplements and herbs
  • Complete with a meditation session
