ANUJA’S APPROACH

Ayurveda understands PCOS to be a Kapha (earth and water) dominant dynamic which disrupts the natural function of Vata (air and ether) and Pitta (fire and water.)
Insulin resistance, estrogen dominance, hypothyroid function can all be considered Kapha imbalance conditions. By balancing the doshas specifically that are creating the imbalances in your unique condition can help you to regain control and health.

Ensuring the doshas are balanced, digestion is optimal is key. Once food is well digested it forms ahara rasa of which blood flow (artava) is said to be a by-product. Without good digestion our menstrual cycles will be affected.
